Registrations opening
Students and young alumni (0-4 years after graduation) can benefit from the opportunity to make up to 10 requests for 15-minute 1-1 chats and pre-scheduled interviews with CEMS Corporate Partners attending the event.
Pre-scheduled interviews are 30, 45, or 60-minute interviews with CEMS Corporate Partners. It can be a pre-screening interview, mock interview or formal interview with a representative in a dedicated interview room at ESADE.
1-1 chats are 15-minute individual meetings with recruiters or company representatives which can be a meet and greet, a "Ask Me Anything" session, a mock interview or a coffee chat.
Both formats are ideal opportunities to make a first career move, exchange and get direct feedback and career tips from professionals in many industries. You can find a list of CEMS Corporate Partners offering 1-1 chats or pre-scheduled interviews below. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.
Please keep in mind that 1-1 chats and pre-scheduled interviews require some preparation: updating CVs and setting up a profile on the Career Forum Platform is a must in order to maximize the chance to be accepted by a Corporate Partner. Please bear in mind that having an interview at the CEMS Career Forum does not necessarily mean you get a job offer right after the interview as this may only be the first step in a long hiring process.
Registrations for pre-scheduled interviews and 1-1 chats are open from September 1 until September 14, 2022.
To register for a 1-1 chat or a pre-scheduled interview, please follow these steps:
- Fill in your profile and brand yourself to maximize your chances of landing a 1-1 chat / interview.
- Once your profile is completed, select the company of your choice as presented in the Company Hub to go to the company profile.
- Use the tab ‘1-1 Chats’ and scroll through the different recruiters. To apply for a 1-1 chat or pre-scheduled interviews, clickon ‘Request’. Please note that you can initially send only up to 10 requests in total. Therefore, after sending 10 requests, you will not be able to send any other requests unless you are selected to a chat/interview (e.g. if you get accepted for 2 interviews/chats out of 10 requests, the counter will deduct the 2 requests you’ve been accepted for, and you can then send out 2 more requests).
- Companies will review your applications from September 15 until October 5. While 1-1 chats and pre-scheduled interviews are not on a first come, first served basis, we strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible to maximize your chances to get noticed.
- Once selected, you will receive a notification to choose a time slot based on the recruiter’s availability. Please note that all pre-scheduled interviews or chats will take place on November 5 at 9:00 am sharp, so make sure you arrive on time.
