The Career Forum this year will take place in ESADE Business School, Barcelona, from 4 - 5 November. Registration is required to attend the CEMS Career Forum. Please note that only CP Main Contacts or representatives designated as Career Forum contacts can register the company to the event.
Stands & Logistical Support
Promote your brand and career opportunities from the convenience of 6m2 exhibition stands which will be set-up and ready for you on the day of the job fair. Logistical support is offered regarding the set-up and sending materials in advance.
Please note that there are fire and saftey regulations in place that dictate special requirements for decorations and materials used throughout the premises.
Pre-scheduled Interviews and 1-1 Chats
with Students & Alumni
Conduct formal interviews and informal 1-1 chats with students and alumni who graduated in the past 4 years. Students and alumni are required to submit their application one and a half months in advance, giving you the chance to pre-screen all candidates. You will be able to screen all applications according to several criteria such as nationality, language, home school, interests, etc.
You will also get the opportunity to browse the talent database on the platform and invite interesting candidates for pre-scheduled interviews and 1-1 chats.
Each Corporate Partner registered for this activity will have a maximum of 2 dedicated rooms to conduct interviews and/or 1-1 chats; and will be able to select the duration ranging from 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Corporate Coffee Talks
You will get the chance to meet between 20-30 CEMS students for a 45-minute session in a pre-assigned room. During this session you will be able to share more about your company’s culture and open opportunities with a small group of students in a casual setting.
Please note that the registration for students to Coffee Talks will be done on a first come, first serve basis and it will take place parallel to the Job Fair on Saturday, November 4th.
CV Coaching
Online over the course of October
Get in touch with CEMS students prior to the event in November and connect online with them and help create an impactful CV. Discuss important aspects of a successful CV in individual 15-minute CV coaching workshops and give them advice for improving their CV.
Accredited Skill Seminar
Seize a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of student talent and further enhance employer branding. Get a chance to share knowledge with a truly international group of students and raise your company visibility within the CEMS network. These half-day skill seminars are available on a first come, first serve basis for 10 to 25 CEMS students on a specific business topic.
Networking cocktail & dinner
Network with your corporate peers and CEMS member school representatives in a friendly and relaxing environment. The event will take place in Barcelona's historical brewery, the Fàbrica Moritz. The cocktail & dinner will be held on Friday 4 November at 8:00 pm, at an additional cost of €55 per representative.
Social media promotion
September to October
Prior to the Career Forum, share tips and insights about your company on our social media platforms or on cems.org (one activity per company):
- Share a 2-minute video on Facebook about your company, your ideal candidate or a typical workday.
- Post an article on cems.org and promote your attendance at the Career Forum
- Share a story about your company on the CEMS Instagram Account
- Promote your career opportunities on the CEMS LinkedIn page

Career Forum Party
The Career Forum Gala is a great opportunity to meet and share first-impressions after the Career Forum and broaden your network within the CEMS Alliance. CEMS Students, as well as Alumni, Corporate representatives and Academic members are all invited to attend the party.
This year, the CEMS Club Barcelona organizes the Career Forum closing party at the GO Beach Club, at Port Esportiu in Barcelona. More information on this year’s theme will be shared soon.
